Make a difference as Account Manager Elevator in Europe
The Account Manager Elevator will be responsible for driving top line revenue in Europe and growth for Power climber. You will be representing Power Climber products to new and existing dealers, managing international accounts and promoting a positive image of the Power Climber brand. You work through Elevator OEMs/Tier 2’s and service partners, book new equipment orders each month per revenue plan established by the Director of Business Development Elevator (based in the USA).
Furthermore you will:
• Execute customer strategy plans to achieve AOP revenue;
• Define and quantify market opportunities per customer segment;
• Visit customers regularly and inform them about product developments and service training opportunities;
• Perform end-user sales calls with customers to support distributor growth;
• Responsible for daily and comprehensive updates to CRM (Salesforce);
• Perform formal product demonstrations;
• Manage and develop new opportunities, geographic or products in the elevator industry
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and propose corrective actions if necessary;
• Communicate VOC internally and cross-functionally;
• Contribute actively to sales programs and projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
• 3 to 5 years of outside related sales experience;
• Fluent in English and preferably German or other European languages;
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of time;
• Construction or heavy equipment experience is a plus;
• Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and contact management software skills.
